Job Accountabilities:

• Perform the Formation Evaluation.
  Support editing of the Petrophysical Report of Workover and Drilling wells.
•  Follow up the drilling and workover operations by preliminary analysis and interpretation of LWD and wire-
  line logs ensuring in real time comparison with prognosis, assessment of casing point and coring points, recognition of main markers, definition of the stratigraphical position of TD.
• Provide a first reservoir quality evaluation integrating drilling parameters, wire-line logs, LWD and samples
  data (cuttings, thin sections, cores).
• Provide WEOP Department with lithological characteristic of Formations in order to optimize the drilling
  performance (bore hole stability, drill-ability, particular hard intervals, etc).
• Provide Reservoir Geologists and Drilling Engineers with the necessary support for construction of detailed
  petrophysical models to better define wells locations, prognosis, sequence to be drilled, facies distributions,
  reservoir proprieties distribution.
• Contribute in well test and production logging interpretation; integrate the dynamic data with petrophysical
  data for reservoir characterization.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (University degree or higher) in Geology, Geophysics or Petrophysics speciality and not less than 3 years of work experience as a Log Analyst, Geoscientist, or Petrophysicist.
• English - Intermediate level
• Legislative and other regulative documents related to the area of responsibility.
• Perspectives of technical development and peculiarities of the company
  activity (its departments).
• Principles of operation, technical characteristics of engineering
  processes and projects.
• Computer and telecommunication means.
• Methods of exploration, rules and conditions of operations.
• Main requirements to technical documentation, materials.
• Current standards, technical conditions, governing documents regulating
  preparation of technical documents.
• Methods of technical evaluation and definition of economical cost of works and operations.
