Job Accountabilities:
- Accept, transfer, dismiss employees within the framework of the requirements of labor legislation, the provisions of the orders of the head of the institution, and other established personnel management documentation;
- Create and manage personal files of employees. To supplement them with information in accordance with the work activities of the staff;
- Make entries in the employment records of the institution's employees. Ensure their accounting and storage;
- Prepare and issue certificates on the current and past work activities of employees.
Qualification requirements:
- Knowledge of personnel records management, fundamentals of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Work experience with 1C (admission, relocation, dismissal, report card, contractors);
- Communication skills, loyalty, stress tolerance;
- Willingness to work on weekends and after working hours (if necessary, at no extra charge, with the option to take a day off).
