Job Accountabilities:

• Monitor the development of regulatory and technical documentation in the field of environmental protection in accordance with the terms of reference and the approved budget.
• Ensure the preparation of application materials for obtaining a permit for the emission of pollutants into the environment.
• Submit projects for state environmental expertise in order to ensure timely receipt of permits in the field of environmental protection.
• Take part in activity of regulatory authorities, Parent Companies, Authority and non-governmental organizations focused on improvement of RK environmental laws.
• Represent company’s interests in state executive and juridical authorities within the area of authority.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in the managerial positions as per speciality
• RK environmental legislation awareness;
• Understanding of the environmental permitting system;
• Knowledge of the environmental management systems, air conservation environmental monitoring and audit; waste management, effluents treatment, soil remediation and restoration;
• Knowledge of the international environmental standards, environmental audit;
• Basis of production activities in the oil and gas field and their impact on the environment;
• Experience in developing of the environmental management system and its certification as per ISO 14001;
• Essential global environmental problems.
• Advanced user with excellent skills of operating MS Office;
• Excellent ability to effectively communicate and deliver information;
• Ability to take decisions aimed at effective arrangement of work related to implementation of projects within the set dates;
• Ability to prioritize the work, rationally distribute the relevant resources.
