Job Accountabilities:

  • Provide subject matter expert support for implementation of investigation methodologies;
  • Develop and maintain procedures for incident investigation and learning process, and HSE Card program;
  • Provide assurance for effective implementation of Incident Investigation and learning procedure, HSE Card procedure;
  • Facilitate internal and external incident notification process, including reporting to government authorities;
  • Arrange and facilitate Incident Review Panels.

Qualification requirements:

  • working knowledge of HSE topics / vocabulary;
  • the principles of international oil field practices in safety management;
  • company organisation structure;
  • risk management methods and principles;
  • knowledge of oil and gas industry;
  • labour code / law on civil protection of the RoK;
  • safety rules and regulation;
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
  • Leadership and management skills;
  • Planning and coordination skills;
  • ability to perform analysis of HSE trends to identify areas of improvement;
  • incident investigation and auditing skills;
  • analytical thinking and root cause analysis;
  • skills in developing of recommendations and SMART actions;strong influence and communication / negotiation skills$
  • strong writing, facilitation and presentation skills;
  • strong problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • proficiency in all MS Office applications and other office software packages, database applications and electronic filing system;
  • mentoring skills to coach and counsel staff in their professional development;
  • English language – upper intermediate level or above.
