Job Accountabilities:
- Provide subject matter expert support for implementation of investigation methodologies;
- Develop and maintain procedures for incident investigation and learning process, and HSE Card program;
- Provide assurance for effective implementation of Incident Investigation and learning procedure, HSE Card procedure;
- Facilitate internal and external incident notification process, including reporting to government authorities;
- Arrange and facilitate Incident Review Panels.
Qualification requirements:
- working knowledge of HSE topics / vocabulary;
- the principles of international oil field practices in safety management;
- company organisation structure;
- risk management methods and principles;
- knowledge of oil and gas industry;
- labour code / law on civil protection of the RoK;
- safety rules and regulation;
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
- Leadership and management skills;
- Planning and coordination skills;
- ability to perform analysis of HSE trends to identify areas of improvement;
- incident investigation and auditing skills;
- analytical thinking and root cause analysis;
- skills in developing of recommendations and SMART actions;strong influence and communication / negotiation skills$
- strong writing, facilitation and presentation skills;
- strong problem solving and decision-making skills;
- proficiency in all MS Office applications and other office software packages, database applications and electronic filing system;
- mentoring skills to coach and counsel staff in their professional development;
- English language – upper intermediate level or above.
