Job Accountabilities:

  • Handover the project to project customer in accordance with General Projects Department processes and procedures.
  • Organize and conduct Working and State Commissions for final project acceptance.
  • Manage contracts within his terms of reference ensuring compliance with the contractual terms.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and report to the General Projects Manager about the status of the assigned projects.
  • Perform other instructions of management / line management within its competence.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • prospects for technical development of the venture;
  • designing techniques;
  • organization, planning and economics of designing and engineering survey;
  • advanced national and foreign experience in engineering and construction;
  • decrees, resolutions, orders of Higher Bodies, methodical and statutory materials on engineering, construction and project management;
  • technical, economical, ecological and social requirements for the projects under design;
  • construction codes and rules
  • standards, technical specifications and other guidelines for development and completion of engineering design and other supporting documents;
  • standardization fundamentals;
  • construction economics and organization;
  • copyright
  • automation of engineering and computing works;
  • labour protection standards and rules.
  • ability to supervise and manage subordinates;
  • ability to manage simultaneous tasks and multiple customers;
  • analytical capability to review project progress and to determinate gaps and constraints, and to implement effective measures for improvement;
  • ability to communicate effectively at all levels within company and contractors, both verbally and in written form.
