Job Accountabilities:
- Assist in the development of shutdown material packages, requesting from SAP and verifying stock quantity and certification is correct prior to placement of purchase request;
- Identify material shortfalls on delivered purchased orders and revise where inconsistencies appear;
- Check all required documentation is provided where materials provided and expedite with KPO departments where inconsistencies appear to ensure no delays.
Qualification requirements:
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience working within materials Coordinator role or similar;
- Higher education in relevant specialty position;
- Computer skills in CMMS (SAP) and Microsoft Office;
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills;
- Ability to work well within an international multi-cultural team environment;
- Fluency in English language.
