Job Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the development of shutdown material packages, requesting from SAP and verifying stock quantity and certification is correct prior to placement of purchase request;
  • Identify material shortfalls on delivered purchased orders and revise where inconsistencies appear;
  • Check all required documentation is provided where materials provided and expedite with KPO departments where inconsistencies appear to ensure no delays.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience working within materials Coordinator role or similar;
  • Higher education in relevant specialty position;
  • Computer skills in CMMS (SAP) and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills;
  • Ability to work well within an international multi-cultural team environment;
  • Fluency in English language.
