Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct comprehensive review of Field Department technical scopes, identifying similarities, synergies, and opportunities for consolidating them based on inputs from Operations Support teams and Contracts and Procurement Department;
- Gather technical feedback and lessons learned from the Field Department, Operations Support and Contract and Procurement Department based upon experience with previous contracts. Coordinate the inclusion/implementation of improvements approved by Field Department Management;
- Implement changes to Field Department Scope of Work, working in conjunction with Field Department Technical users by means of: identifying terms and conditions and development of technical documentation.
Qualification requirements:
- Technical Scope Optimization Advisor III: higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 4 years of work experience as per profile (Technical Contracts and Cost area);
- Familiarity with oil and gas upstream production and maintenance operations and outsourcing strategies;
- Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance contract terms and conditions;
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation requirements;
- Knowledge of labour and material requirements in oil and gas industry;
- Strong knowledge of applicable RoK regulations;
- Experience with working on incentive schemes (manpower, EPC, Performance-based, O&M);
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel;
- Expertise in drafting, and managing Services and Material contracts in the area of Production & Maintenance;
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to make use of data and their analysis (e.g. KPI);
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with various departments;
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
