Critical skills:
- Ex-HR or ex-sociologist, ex-organizational psychologist, not only know academics, but also operated in the business environment, providing coaching& training and helping Senior Leaders to shape their team dynamics and relationships with in teams
- Able to run diagnostics of the team dynamics, find gaps and provide/develop along with concerned people certain solutions that would improve team dynamics
- Psychology/sociology background
- Provide consultancy/advice regarding team dynamics to Senior Leaders and individual coaching sessions
- Have great sense of emotional intelligence and skill to use it, able to coach Senior Leaders on the same
- Able to be handed over We survey, run change management activities & Organizational effectiveness activities
