Job Accountabilities:
- Interact with and challenge program / line leaders to ensure CI and Optimization initiatives are defined to a sufficient level of quality and granularity. Hold the work stream sponsors, leaders and initiative owners accountable for creating bottom-line impact.
- Be programme manager and focal point for CI and optimization initiatives, work across the organization, throughout multiple lines of business and departments within the company to drive the programme across the definition, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure stages.
- Act as a ‘change leader’ role model in all interactions. Run change management and communication plans to successfully move the organization to desired state.
- Provide full transparency on progress of the initiatives to Digitalization and Continuous Improvement Manager, and recommend actions required by them to support successful delivery of the programme.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience as per speciality including 3 years of work experience in managerial positions.
- Legal and other normative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodical and other materials on planning, records and analysis of activity of company.
- organization of planned activity, development of prospective and annual plans of operational and economic activity and social development of the company.
- methods of economic analysis of production indicators of the company and its subdivisions.
- methods for defining economic efficiency of introduction of new equipment, technology, labour organisation, efficient proposals ad inventions.
- order and timeline of reporting.
- economics, organisation of production.
- market methods of management.
- opportunities of application of computing technologies for technical and economic calculations and analysis of the company’s activity, rules of its use.
- Law on Labour of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- rules and norms of labour safety.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
- Critical thinking to translate business needs into change management strategies, and translate change management strategies into specific goals, actions, and deliverables.
- Excellent strategic and process thinking abilities; ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to change management deliverables; ability to architect and implement large change and operate easily between concept and operation.
- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results.
- Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving.
