Job Accountabilities:
- Provide a process engineering service to Engineering Execution Department.
Complete assigned work on time to meet KPO schedules. The work will include: investigations, surveys, feasibility studies, calculations, simulations, conceptual design, detailed design; production of key drawings, including fundamental drawings of engineering process and P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagram), data sheets and engineering reports. - Develop process models and simulate the process facilities and pipelines using field data.
- Supervise process engineering work assigned to external design institutes and engineering companies, to maintain the progress and quality of this work.
- Report progress of all assigned work to the Lead Process Engineer and Senior Process Engineer.
- Participate in the risk assessment, hazard and operability studies of designs.
- Perform peer and inter-discipline checks on work by engineers within and outside Engineering Execution Department.
- Ensure compliance of assigned process engineering work with the terms of the design brief or technical assignment and applicable specifications, codes and standards.
Qualification requirements:
- oil and gas facilities operation;
- engineering practice for project concept selection, FEED (Front End Engineering Design) study, detailed design follow-on engineering and closeout;
- process simulation;
- RoK and international codes, regulations and standards relating to process and plant design;
- the latest developments and current best practice in process design.
- technical report writing;
- time management;
- computer literacy;
- Higher education (in Chemical Engineering area) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as per speciality.
