Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct comprehensive review of existing Production & Maintenance (P&M) contract portfolio, identifying similarities, synergies, and opportunities for consolidating contracts based on contract content, scope, and local market.
- Gather technical feedback and lessons learned from the Production and Maintenance (P&M) and Contract and Procurement (C&P) department and collate practical examples and propose changes and improvements.
- Identify necessary changes to P&M contract Scope of Work (SOW) and Technical Evaluation Plan (TEP) working in conjunction with Company Technical user. Identify terms and conditions that can be used as reference for P&M contracts. Develop all the technical documentation required to the execution and placement of contract agreements as per Company tendering process.
- Engage with stakeholders, including P&M technical users, C&P department, local content, and business services, to gather feedback on proposed changes.
- Prepare preliminary and final SOW based on changes agreed with stakeholders and market research findings. Coordinate technical team required to develop all required documentation. Ensure revised SOW meet the organization objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for each new SOW. Estimate the cost impact of changes based on market conditions and SOW. Prepare forecast and revise cost estimation methodology and templates;
- Perform risk assessment for high value/high critical scopes.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (Economical, Finance or Jurisprudence area) in the relevant speciality and not less than 10 years of work experience in contract management in the oil and gas industry;
- Familiarity with oil and gas upstream contract strategies;
- Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance contract terms and conditions. Experience with contract incentive schemes (EPC, Performance-based contracts, O&M contracts);
- Understanding of tendering processes and tendering documentation requirements;
- Knowledge of labour and material requirements in oil and gas industry. Familiarity with RoK regulations.
