Job Accountabilities:
- Interface with Parent Companies and RoK Authorities to ensure their involvement and alignment in company digitalization and continuous improvement activities;
- Drive a continuous improvement culture in Kcompany;
- Implement the ongoing company Digital Transformation Program;
- Identify and propose new digital technologies to be implemented within company;
- Identify improvements, process simplifications and optimization and proceed rapidly to implementation by means of digitalization;
- Integrate projects, keep work on track and to identify issues early enough to course correct, if needed;
- Define project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions;
- Experience leading organizational change and managing operations is required;
- A firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes;
- Engineering and project management roles;
- Sound understanding of project management techniques and planning and control required to effectively implement in a multi-discipline team environment;
- Microsoft Office applications;
- Proven project management experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment;
- Critical thinking to translate business needs into change management strategies, and translate change management strategies into specific goals, actions, and deliverables;
- Excellent strategic and process thinking abilities; ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to change management deliverables; ability to architect and implement large change and operate easily between concept and operation;
- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;
- Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving;
- Strong networking and influencing skills.
