Job Accountabilities:

  • Interface with Parent Companies and RoK Authorities to ensure their involvement and alignment in company digitalization and continuous improvement activities;
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture in Kcompany;
  • Implement the ongoing company Digital Transformation Program;
  • Identify and propose new digital technologies to be implemented within company;
  • Identify improvements, process simplifications and optimization and proceed rapidly to implementation by means of digitalization;
  • Integrate projects, keep work on track and to identify issues early enough to course correct, if needed;
  • Define project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions;
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing operations is required;
  • A firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes;
  • Engineering and project management roles;
  • Sound understanding of project management techniques and planning and control required to effectively implement in a multi-discipline team environment;
  • Microsoft Office applications;
  • Proven project management experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment;
  • Critical thinking to translate business needs into change management strategies, and translate change management strategies into specific goals, actions, and deliverables;
  • Excellent strategic and process thinking abilities; ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to change management deliverables; ability to architect and implement large change and operate easily between concept and operation;
  • Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;
  • Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving;
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.
