Job Accountabilities:
- Interpret findings of a recent Company security vulnerability assessment to design CCTV elements and integration solutions of a security system enhancement philosophy to integrate with existing systems.
- Monitor a local CCTV installation contractor and ensure quality of works through commissioning and completions phase.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards regarding (but not limited to):
• system reliability;
• material procurement and management;
• system preservation including anti-corrosion,
• electric power,
• network infrastructure,
• instrumentation and controls, data storage and information protection.
Capture and report project learnings. - Carry out Quality Control checks on the standards and reliability of the installation and commissioning of the security systems, covering CCTV elements and final integration of all parts into SMS.
- Optimise contractor work processes to meet the schedule delivery dates.
Qualification requirements:
- Installation and commissioning of electronic access control system (including but not limited to: access control principles, electronic locks and releases, audio and audio visual door entry equipment); CCTV control equipment; cameras and monitors; signalling equipment; ancillary devices; fault finding and maintenance;
- Project Management;
- MS Project, MS Visio, CAD;
- IP technology, network infrastructure specifically fibre optic and structured cabling systems.
- Strong Management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Russian languages.
