Job Accountabilities:
- Provide Continuous Improvement Manager with assistance in the implementation of digitalization program and development of appropriate initiatives;
- Determine the main directions of initiatives focused on the production process optimization in accordance with the continuous improvement strategy and measures for its implementation;
- Coordinate the implementation plan of projects/initiatives/plant/function, eventually linked to business results and improvement actions;
- Lead and implement the projects as a continuous improvement project manager, advisor, coach or instructor, if required;
- Conduct continuous improvement workshops, conferences and other events to achieve business key performance indicators and priorities;
- Identify, coordinate and jointly conduct continuous improvement training for operations specialists/employees, front-line personnel and managers to achieve long-term sustainable business results.
Qualification requirements:
- Legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and other materials on planning, registration and analysis of the company's activities;
- Organization of workshops, development of an annual action plan;
- Methodology for determining economic performance based on the results of the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and production optimization and business process effective proposals;
- Application of tools, techniques, technologies to implement the continuous improvement process;
- Business management;
