Job Accountabilities:
- Assist Business Processes Control Manager to support and develop performance management system in order to submit company’s production and operational targets to Parent Companies for approval and its monthly performance control.
- Collect and confirm data for Annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of all company levels by providing an effective control of KPIs’ data.
- Collect and confirm data for General Director’s Level 0 Key Performance Indicator (KPI); prepare KPI monthly report.
- Collect and confirm data for Directors’ and Controllers’ Level 1 Key Performance Indicator (KPI); prepare KPI quarterly report.
- Coordinate the process of Manager’s/Section Heads’ Level 2-3 KPI preparation and progress update.
- Provide technical support to the Level 2-3 Manager / Section heads in KPI process in MySap system
- Administrate SAP and MySap system.
Qualification requirements:
- Legislation and legal acts regulating operational and commercial activities of company, resolutions of state and local government authorities, and relevant sectoral authorities.
- Profile, specialisation and specifics of the company’s structure.
- Basics of the company’s operational activities.
- Best practices in relevant industrial sector.
- Safety regulations and rules.
- Reporting submitting terms and procedures.
- Foreign and domestic experience on economic efficiency management in market conditions.
- Economics, production management.
- Labour Law of RoK.
- PC skills.
- English communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
