The minimum requirements are as follow: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience with live plant experience essential. 
Welding inspection certificates (CWI/CSWIP or Equivalent Kazakhstan). 
Radiography Interpretation certificate. 
Offshore Survival certificate (Bosiet) can be required. 
Safety Passport H2S training.
