Job Accountabilities:
- Reports to Company Offshore Support Services Superintendent and undertake associated duties;
- Verifies register and monitoring of daily and monthly personnel on board (POB);
- Verifies register and control total Offshore POB;
- Updates daily Emergency Responds Duty Rota;
- Updates daily ICC Board after each flight (check in/check out);
- Verifies register, monitoring and control of ATS system, provides report to Telecom team;
- Prepares monthly meal sheets report to HR Payroll team;
- Arranges induction tours for passengers;
- Monitors transportation systems;
- Responsible for booking requests for flights and accommodation;
- Supports with scheduling boat trips during open sea season;
- Communicates with Heliflight team.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in offshore POB administration;
- Valid BOSIET Certificate (Basic Offshore Safety Induction& Emergency Training);
- Knowledge of logistics systems and processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Competence in identifying hazards risks and understanding mitigation methods typically observed in a warehousing site;
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
- Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand, and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
- Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
- Team and self-motivation skills;
- Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word;
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules
