Job Accountabilities:
- Reports to Company Materials System Support Supervisor and undertake associated duties;
- Implements Warehousing & Materials Management related work instruction, relevant systems, and processes;
- Coordinates and supervises daily material movement operations during receiving, inspection, storage allocation, picking, packing, preservation, dispatching, and issuing to Customers;
- Checks and coordinates compliance of all data entry into ERP materials management systems, extracting relevant reports for stock and non-stock items (daily receiving, transfer, issuing, inventory balance, overage, shortage, and discrepancy, etc.);
- Responsible for the integrity of the data contained withing ERP system for work being undertaken by warehousing site team;
- Ensures proper tracking, retention, archiving and attaching relevant documentation of all materials to ERP system transaction for further reference;
- Ensures that the relevant dossier documentation is approved with appropriate transfer persons;
- Verifies that all materials and its movements are recorded in ERP materials inventory systems, supporting documents are available and attached for relevant transactions.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Advanced professional level in Logistics Warehousing Management and ERP systems desirable;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Logistics Warehousing & Materials Management disciplines;
- Thorough knowledge of warehousing & materials execution processes;
- Knowledge of materials and equipment classification and specification by discipline, includes piping, electrical, instrumentation, hazardous and dangerous goods, personal protective equipment, its technical characteristics, certification requirements for use in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Knowledge of RoK Cargo Transportation, Lifting Opertions, Dangerous Goods and Customs regulations;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Managements System requirements;
- Knowledge of logistics systems and processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Competence in identifying hazards risks and understanding mitigation methods typically observed in a warehousing site;
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
- Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand, and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
- Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
- Supervisory abilities and planning capability;
- Team and self-motivation skills;
- Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word;
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules.
