Job Accountabilities:

  • Reports to Company Warehousing & Materials Supervisors / Warehouse Control Leads and undertake associated duties;
  • Assists to carry out daily warehousing and materials activities such as cargo handling operations includes hazardous and dangerous goods, materials receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, preservation, dispatching, and issuing to Customers;
  • Assists to loading/unloading operations for outgoing and incoming cargo;
  • Assists with all manual handling activities and general site duties;
  • Assists to verify safekeeping of all goods delivered to Company warehouse including materials allocation and storage in line with materials quantity and quality, weight and volume, typology, technical specifications, manufacturer storage and shelf-life requirements, hazardous classification, safety requirements, enforcement of the security and storage condition rules, and material movements documentation compliances;
  • Assists inventory management with regular materials counting and stock taking;
  • Assists to ensure that all warehouse equipment, assets, tools, consumables are available, regularly inspected, fit for purpose, and adequately use.

Qualification requirements:

  • Reasonable standard of education;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Logistics Services or Warehousing & Materials Management disciplines;
  • General knowledge of warehousing & materials execution processes, materials and equipment type and classification in the Oil & Gas industry;
  • Knowledge of manual handling operations;
  • General knowledge of RoK Cargo Transportation, Lifting operations, Dangerous Goods and Customs regulations;
  • Able to identify hazards risks and understand mitigation methods typically observed in a warehousing site;
  • Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand, and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
  • Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
  • Team and self-motivation skills;
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules.
