Job Accountabilities:

  • Reports to Company Logistics Services Supervisor and undertake associated duties;
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling associated with Logistics Services support to Onshore Operations and Maintenance activities;
  • Implements of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics;
  • Implements of Logistics services in support Production Operations & Maintenance activities;
  • Works closely with the entire Logistics team;
  • Demonstrates commitment to HSE through the personal application on safety critical behaviours;
  • Reports all accidents, incidents, unsafe actions, near miss in a timely manner.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Advanced professional-level in business or economics desirable;
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics disciplines;
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules;
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
  • Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
  • Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
  • Supervisory abilities and planning capability;
  • Team and self-motivation skills;
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety, environment and or quality management certification processes and of integrated management systems;
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry;
  • Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
