Job Accountabilities:
- Reports to Company Logistics Services Supervisor and undertake associated duties;
- Responsible for planning and scheduling associated with Logistics Services support to Onshore Operations and Maintenance activities;
- Implements of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics;
- Implements of Logistics services in support Production Operations & Maintenance activities;
- Works closely with the entire Logistics team;
- Demonstrates commitment to HSE through the personal application on safety critical behaviours;
- Reports all accidents, incidents, unsafe actions, near miss in a timely manner.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Advanced professional-level in business or economics desirable;
- 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics disciplines;
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules;
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
- Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
- Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
- Supervisory abilities and planning capability;
- Team and self-motivation skills;
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, environment and or quality management certification processes and of integrated management systems;
- Knowledge of logistics systems and processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry;
- Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
