Job Accountabilities:
- Reports to Company Logistics Services and Safety Supervisors and undertake associated duties;
- Supports in identification, planning and implementation of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics;
- Ensures that Logistics related Plans, Procedure and Work Instructions are aligned with Company HSE & RoK requirements;
- Supports onshore Logistics Services activities on administration and auditable control of all Logistics documentation;
- Inputs required information on dedicated systems and reports correctly and in a timely manner;
- Responsibility for all electronic, manual files and auditable control documentation in cooperation with Company Document Control Team;
- Works closely with the entire Logistics team;
- Demonstrates commitment to HSE through the personal application on safety critical behaviours;
- Reports all accidents, incidents, unsafe actions, near miss in a timely manner.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Advanced professional-level business or economics desirable;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in documentation control or office administration;
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules;
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
- Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
- Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
- Supervisory abilities and planning capability;
- Team and self-motivation skills;
- Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
