Job Accountabilities:

  • Reports to Company Logistics Services and Safety Supervisors and undertake associated duties;
  • Supports in identification, planning and implementation of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics;
  • Ensures that Logistics related Plans, Procedure and Work Instructions are aligned with Company HSE & RoK requirements;
  • Supports onshore Logistics Services activities on administration and auditable control of all Logistics documentation;
  • Inputs required information on dedicated systems and reports correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Responsibility for all electronic, manual files and auditable control documentation in cooperation with Company Document Control Team;
  • Works closely with the entire Logistics team;
  • Demonstrates commitment to HSE through the personal application on safety critical behaviours;
  • Reports all accidents, incidents, unsafe actions, near miss in a timely manner.


Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Advanced professional-level business or economics desirable;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in documentation control or office administration;
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules;
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
  • Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional department;
  • Capacity to integrate with an international and national workforce;
  • Supervisory abilities and planning capability;
  • Team and self-motivation skills;
  • Advanced skill level in MS Software packages such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
