Job Accountabilities:

  • Timely process all incoming / outgoing correspondence, drafting contractual / commercial correspondence;
  • Review contractor’s progress Applications for Payment , discuss and clear anomalies;
  • Prepare and issue approved Call Off Notices and Change Orders to contractors;
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations to contractors;
  • Monitor contract expenditure and prepare status reports for contracts in his/her area of responsibility;
  • Liaise with Cost Engineers to establish and monitor the FTIC (full total installation cost) of projects;
  • Daily interface with contractors and support Project Management Teams on contracting methodology.

Qualification requirements:

  • regulations, resolutions, instructions, orders and other guiding, methodical and normative documents relating to capital construction;
  • procedures for design-estimate documentation production, review and approval;
  • procedure for development of long-term and annual capital construction schedules;
  • fundamentals of construction process;
  • procedures for works contracts awarding;
  • content and procedure for cost estimates production and approval;
  • regulations for construction financing;
  • norms for price formation in construction;
  • planning-accounting documentation;
  • procedures for statistical recording and records management and accountability;
  • organisation of production, labour and management;
  • possibilities of software usage for calculations and accounting of construction and installation works, software maintenance regulations;
  • market management methods;
  • labour law;
  • safety norms and regulations;
  • 2 years of work experience
  • English should be fluent.
