Job Accountabilities:

  • Provide and support well integrity operations, plans, procedures and reports. Jointly with supporting departments checking requested resources and service compliance Including the execution of engineering solutions focused on operations enhancement/improvement that may impact well integrity.
  • MAASP (calculation for new wells and wells that has been worked over) calculation for new wells and wells that has been worked over.
  • Control and track well integrity HSE performance; ensure effective application of existing HSE methods and guidance Supported by the preparation and submission of well integrity plans, reports and KPI’s
  • Maintain regular discussions with Well Integrity superintendent on current well integrity plans / activities or in case of risk escalation.
  • Ensure well integrity contractors are aware of upcoming (planned) operations on wells facilitating appropriate planning of resources and permit preparation supporting delivery of safe operations.
  • Hold HSE (Tool Box Talk) meeting with contractors prior to perform well operations.
  • Provide technical support during internal meetings or with regulatory and inspection authorities, draw up the required technical reports and prepare the submission of information to WKO Dept. of CIS RoK MES if it is requested.
  • Maintain interaction with the relevant departments and sections on HSE issues in order to appropriately eliminate well integrity problems and assist in realization of сcompany gas re-injection program.
  • Support WI superintendent with agreeable specific delegated tasks based further developing skills and knowledge;
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and colleagues to identify optimised ways of working identifying solutions to current problems in the course of service provision.

Qualification requirements:

  • management documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to Well Integrity;  
  • company development directions, perspectives and goals
  • engineering requirements within the discipline as well as drilling and work over technology requirements;
  • wellhead equipment and cementing;
  • equipment and operating instructions;
  • operating conditions and practices within the discipline;
  • Domestic and foreign exposure  / experience within the discipline;
  • labour organization, operations and management basics;
  • labour legislation basics, occupational labour and health protection regulations.
  • Required valid international Well Control Certificate.
  • Operational experience with H2S/CO2 high concentration presence wells.
  • log and drilling interpretation awareness, well design data and field operation conditions
  • Experience of SCP management.
  • Experience in application of methods and techniques of annuli pressures elimination or reduction.
  • Experience in well operating envelope calculations.
  • Experience in application of annuli pressures diagnostic techniques.
