Job Accountabilities:

  • Acquire within Well Completion and Services information required for developing schedules and plans; check correctness and reliability of data. Based on initial data, develop well completion and services schedules and plans. Highlight changes introduced to schedules, possible anomalies, non-conformity; bring the same to the attention of relevant management. Track progress of implementation of individual phases of the plans; accumulate and process planned tasks execution indicators, prepare analytical notes and submit the latter to Line Manager;
  • Carry out works on developing, maintaining and keeping of database related to planning; introduce changes to reference and regulatory information used for data processing;
  • Interact with RPE Department and Well Completion and Services Department in planning activities. (request initial data required for well completion and services planning). Co-operate with Operations Performance and Mangement System Department in well completion and services planning activities. Present the data requested by Operations Performance and Mangement System Department , inform in due time about all changes introduced by well completion and services to integrated plans and projects;
  • Coordinate preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules and submit the same to the Departments and bodies concerned. Develop, in cooperation with Well Services Superintendents weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports;
  • Upon Management’s instruction perform a technical support role and assist in developing and coordinating of some issues and individual projects in the Well Completion and Services Department (as follow up questions and issues highlighted at Well Completion and Services meetings; interface with relevant parties and track progress of issues solving; inform management of their status);
  • Collect and analyse the data on previous wells in order to understand performance of the current well completion portfolio through analysis of technical and economical key performance indicators established in well completion and servicess and company. Gather and manage well completion and well services performance data. Use these data with other groups to compile operations data. Ensure existing documentation that is critical for the success of the operations, is kept and maintained up to date;
    Ensure that the reporting database is filled up as required for being able to extract valuable data ready to be analysed. If requested, provide assistance at the rig-site to ensure that the reporting database is filled up as required;
  • Evaluate current performance versus planned / benchmark; prepare relevant reports and propose actions whenever areas for improvement are identified. Work in coordination with the well services team to ensure that Non Productive Time is identified and accounted for and that lessons learnt (company and Contractors) are systematically captured, recorded and incorporated in the future well programmes.
    Promote and coordinate preparation of planning meetings, Post-job Reviews, After-action Reviews conducted at well sites;
  • Gather information from the Contractors on performance and disseminate it within the Well Completion and Services. Collect and provide the Operators with the required performance data (bulletins, relevant well documentation).

Required Competences:

  • Regulatory documentation on planning, track keeping and analysis of activity of the company;
  • Planning procedures and documentation;
  • Methods of economic analysis of performance factors in the Department;
  • Well operations processes;
  • Breadth and depth of project implementation, including the pre sanction phases, needed to enable quality control of the project work, ensuring appropriate techniques, standards and controls are applied and opportunities for technical and business improvements are realized;
  • Project management techniques and plans and controls required to effectively implement in a multi-discipline team environment;
  • Labour legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Proficient written / spoken English and Russian in subject matter;
  • PC Literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, WellView);
  • Verbal presentation and written communication skills in English and Russian. Must be able to communicate efficiently across all levels of organization with a variety of nationalities and educational levels.
