Job Accountabilities:
- Provide Continuous Improvement Manager with assistance in the implementation of digitalization program and development of appropriate initiatives.
- Determine the main directions of initiatives focused on the production process optimization in accordance with the continuous improvement strategy and measures for its implementation.
- Coordinate the implementation plan of projects/initiatives/plant/function, eventually linked to business results and improvement actions.
- Lead and implement the projects as a continuous improvement project manager, advisor, coach or instructor, if required.
- Conduct continuous improvement workshops, conferences and other events to achieve business key performance indicators and priorities.
- Identify, coordinate and jointly conduct continuous improvement training for operations specialists/employees, front-line personnel and managers to achieve long-term sustainable business results.
- Ensure and constantly promote continuous improvement leadership and culture in the company, support directorates/departments in the implementation of business process improvement program.
- Facilitate the preparation of strategic documents, initial and fundamental provisions for the digitalization project, strategy and plan.
- Interact with other departments in terms of performance evaluation of projects.
- Implement the continuous improvement expertise and best practices in the company.
- Make the continuous improvement suggestions in company.
Required Competences:
- Legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and other materials on planning, registration and analysis of the company's activities.
- Organization of workshops, development of an annual action plan.
- Methodology for determining economic performance based on the results of the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and production optimization and business process effective proposals.
