Job Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and control Company Social Projects implementation in accordance with government system conditions and FPSA (Final Production Sharing Agreement) requirements.
  • Monitor the preparation and definition of project identification, description and other necessary documents for the selection and approval of social projects.
    Manage the timely collection and completeness of all original documents for social projects received from Akimat and / or other state institutions necessary for the further implementation of social projects.
  • Cooperation with local business community representatives and control departments for achievement of Company Social Project targets.
  • Development of required tender documentation of social projects for their tendering and associated approvals.
  • Manage Social Projects development, mid and long term planning activity and designing, economical effectiveness of project innovation.
  • Manage and coordinate design and construction work supervision within approved social projects.
    Provide and control fulfilment of contract and agreement obligations by contractors.
    Provide analysis and forecasts of the project during the current and following years, including budget analysis of social projects to ensure sufficient funds for the completion of ongoing projects.
    Manage the project modifications issues, project changes and taking constructive solutions providing on projects cost escalation and work / service quality decrease.
  • Issue conclusions regarding practicability and cost-effectiveness of investments for social projects.
  • Participation and holding meetings with company relevant departments and contractors on all types of issues (contractual / commercial issues of cost, the architectural design, construction, commissioning and operation of constructed facilities, etc.)
  • Review and evaluation of technical reports on social projects.
  • Deal with issues inside ones competence according to order established by internal documents.
  • Providing timely report on social project status based on budgets and project execution schedule to internal and external bodies.
