Job Accountabilities:
- Manage all reporting departments and bears responsibility for the achievement of targeted results in IT, Cyber Security, Digitalization and Continuous Improvement activities. Identify and propose new digital technologies to be implemented within company and ensure IT&T service to meet the company business requirements.
- Manage and ensure the Digitalization and Continuous Improvement strategy definition and guarantee its alignment/compliance with the company business objectives and the valorization of the technology innovation.
- Ensure and promote the best in class technologies required to support the business objectives achievement; ensure the definition and prioritization of the different Digitalization and Continuous Improvement initiatives to guarantee a rationalization and an overall vision in terms of cost and benefits.
- Manage interfaces with Parent Companies and RoK Authorities to ensure their involvement and alignment in company digitalization and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage and ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
- Manage all Telecommunications and IT systems to ensure high quality and stable communications for company in all its locations, ensure and demonstrate IT solutions are fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the improvements, process simplifications and optimization, and proceed rapidly to implementation by means of digitalization and manage the implementation of the ongoing company Digital Transformation Program.
- Arrange provision of the long-term and on-going plans, control its implementation for the purpose to achieve company goals applicable to IT, Digitalization and Continuous Improvement.
- Participate in developing of annual work programs and budgets, define scopes of work, conduct technical evaluation of tender documentation, manage contracts and control over contractors within his/her responsibility.
- Establish continuous interaction with Operating companies, participate in technical meetings and company committees/subcommittees and working groups.
- Manage all reporting departments and bears responsibility for the achievement of targeted results. Direct and coordinate the work of the Controllership, solve administrative issues that are within the competence; fulfil the job obligations under general supervision of the General Director and in interaction with other Directors and Controllers.
- Manage the subordinate personnel, determine priorities for staff, provide with appropriate training and professional development.
Required Competences:
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions relevant to the profile of the organisation/directorate activity. It is preferable to have Master of Business Administration or additional qualification in management.
- RoK legislative and other regulative acts related to the area of responsibility of the position;
- knowledge of dealing with hardware and software suppliers and service providers;
- good high-level understanding knowledge of MS Windows networking, Microsoft Office and other software and applications;
- good knowledge of radios, telephones and satellite communications systems, voice and data;
- A firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes;
- Engineering and project management roles;
- Sound understanding of project management techniques and planning and control required to effectively implement in a multi-discipline team environment;
- Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent leadership, prioritization, decision-making, and organizational skills;
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems;

- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic use of IT staff;
- Ability to communicate to tech-savvy and non-technical staff.
