Job Accountabilities:
- Build a climate that energizes team members to ensure assigned contracts or projects are executed while meeting or exceeding defined performance targets, such as gross margin, pull through, productivity & profitability.
- Responsible for execution in compliance with contractual obligations (accurate, on-time, billed, within budget & scope of the contract) and applicable legal requirements.
- Completion of all administrative requirements as defined by the business
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, contract terms, and conditions.
- Assist with site coordination tasks in order to ensure high productivity and cost efficiency in execution. This includes representing AHI Carrier at site coordination meetings, determining appropriate staffing levels & resources, coordinating subcontractors, project administration, contract resolution, etc.
- Drive identification of sales leads, pull-through, and change orders through the front-line delivery team.
- Responsible for estimate completion and reviews and manage follow-up of pull-through orders.
- Tasked with goals for gross margin delivery and profitability.
- Recruit, hire, and retain front-line delivery teams to maintain proper staffing levels in conjunction with CSM/Field Ops Manager.
- Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations, performance reviews, coaching and development plans for all front-line delivery team members.
- Ensure front-line delivery teams are trained and updated on safety standards and safety equipment. Champion safety culture in work execution.
- Provide technical support and coaching.
- Track actual labor & material costs and revenues due to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
- Make purchasing decisions as needed to ensure work is executed in the most productive & cost-efficient manner
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
- Ensure ongoing understanding, focus and monitoring of all Integrity, Ethics, DOA, and EHS standards, processes and procedures
- Ensure the use of all PPE, conduct risk assessments and ensure that work is conducted in a healthy and safe environment
- Costing of proposals to achieve financial goals and targets
- Management of efficiency and productivity of Staff and Technicians
- Tasks as delegated from time to time
- Establish contacts and maintain a long-term relationship with customers (account management)
- Reviewing inquiries from national & international client base and agent network for service and identifying the parts to be offered
- Providing quotations with price, lead time, and payment terms, for service & spare parts in an efficient and responsive manner
- Liaising with other internal departments such as Engineering, Finance, as well as field service personnel and suppliers, Foreign locations, as necessary
- Following up quotations (sales planning) proactively to secure the business for the company
Required Competences:
- Good written and verbal English communication skills with an ability to work with people across a diversity of cultures
- Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
