Job Accountabilities:
Remain in radio, telephone or voicecommunication at all sites and within the are of operation;
Respond to emergency calls and ensure communication and notification system is granted;
Ensure correct and timely information is passed to Fire & Rescue Supervisor;
Record all incoming information and requests;
Retain communications with Fire Teams during incidents and exercises;
Ensure all documentation and information obtained during incidents and exersices is properly recorded and filled;
Constant communication with the Security Control Room regarding all systems at all times, performs three checks per day;
Ensure confidentiality as per COMPANY policy;
Ensure a clean environment in the fire station control room, cleaning is carried out in accordance with the instructions;
Act as cover for the ECR Control Room Operator and maintain in contact with the Security Control Room in the event of an emergency;
Retain communication with muster checkers during Emergency on POB control;
Ensure maintenance requests are made on any improper functioning equipment in the fire station;
Keeping of all ERT documents in the assigned fire station;
Execute administrative activities for the Fire and Rescue Supervisor i.e. taking care of the event reports after each drill and emergency;
Be involved in any drills and exercises;
Complete a shift report before leaving post and submit to the incoming dispatcher and the F&R Supervisor;
Ensure constant communications channel during incident to Duty EC and ER & OSP Manager;
Carrying service in accordance with the requirements of the Charter of the Fire Fighting Service and the Rules for the organization of extinguishing fires of the RoK;
Carryout additional tasks which are required by the company according to their competencies;
To undergo training necessary for the performance of functional duties, upon request from the Employer or the Ultimate Client;
To undergo the certification necessary to perform functional duties, in accordance with the current legislation of the RoK, and the internal rules of the Client.
Qualification Requirements:
An additional advantage is a certificate of administrative or organizational training / course or 1 year of appropriate work experience;
Rok Initial preparation Dispatchers Certification;
Knowledge of english language;
Filing and Document Control skills;
Must preferably have experience in business administration and corporate communication.
Required Competencies:
Required computer skills, MS Office, Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint;
Ability to handle crises calmly and in a way which inspires others;
Stress tolerant. Able to remain calm under pressure;
Vigilance and attention: Able to concentrate on a task over a period of 4 hours;
Self-control: Able to work with minimum supervision;
Interpersonal skills: Able to work as a team member;
Ability to concentrate for long periods;
Annual passage of Attestation according to their position.
Conditions:
Based in Fire station on 14/14 shift (Days/Nights);
Work will be conducted at locations according to personal contract, as well in different locations according to scope work and by the Company requirements ( Onshore EW, Bautino Base);
Must meet company's medical requirements;
Must be clean shaven at all times;
Refrain from the use of alcohol and drugs during their stay on the territory of the Company;
Work over time and off-shift if requested;
By the Company requirements will be temporary differentiate the location to exchanging the experience.
