Job Accountabilities:
Generating quotations / proforma invoices / commercial documents (invoice/packing list if any) for all local sales local as well as dealer’s international collections.
Inventory management – Stock Planning with sales team, generating in /
Goods stock, inventory reports and reconciliation of stock.
Work closely with Company commercial team for bringing stock from factory or other warehouses Finland / Turkey / Moscow / Greece.
Arrange regulatory certificates for import / local sales.
Arrange transportation from factories / Company's other warehouses, custom clearance,VAT issues & any other regulatory issues.
Arrange loading & transportation (for local sales).

Daily coordination with Sales & Accounts dept at Almaty
Regular cooperation with commercial department at Company

Factories logistics department. Freight forwarders, Custom clearing agents.

Required Competencies:

5 years as customer support executive handling commercial operations (Customers,Logistics & Warehousing)

Good communication (English speaking a must)

Time management

Selfinitiator
Sociable professional

Knowledge of various commercial processes.
