Job Accountabilities:
Support reshuffling and relocation projects, including the ones within EW area with construction and modifications (e.g. accommodation block construction, greenery projects, major reshuffling and staff relocation projects). That includes:
o Working closely with FM Project Coordinator to prepare a final technical package of tender documentation (e.g. scope of work, technical specifications, list of deficiencies etc.) including further offer to Contract Board;
Prepare definition and substantiation of projects description and other necessary documentation before tender process;
Closely work with HSE for joint work analyzing and managing operational risks and analyze self-sustainability of projects, as well as feasibility study;
o Providing advice and support relevant to International and RoK standards and provisions, acting as a local centre of expertise for technical advice and analytical problem solving to recognize construction industry standards and practices.
Ensure compliance with PSA/JOA commitments and current RoK legislation;
Assist implementation and coordination of effective quality assurance practices for facilities management services;
Ensure FM and PM assurance and quality control practices monitor and support compliance with the requirements;
Maintain awareness of FM and PM business and process controls frameworks;
Commence proper communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote, educate and facilitate desired outcomes, which include preparation of presentations, providing training and conduct ‘toolbox’ style talks relevant to FM services delivery and generating the reports for FM performance and KPI statistics;
Maintain knowledge of current regulations, laws, standards, policies and procedures applicable to FM service delivery;
Maintain and enforce inclusive and effective Facilities Management governance framework to ensure the business requirements of and the value for the Company with the provision and use of FM services are met, safely, reliably, cost effectively and in a manner usefully consistent with recognized best practices and international industry standards;
Those tasks may include assisting the development of plans, guidelines and process documentation;
Performing all other reasonable duties as directed by the General Services Manager.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree or university degree in engineering, construction, Facilities Management or closely related field;
At least 3-5 years’ experience relevant to the range of responsibilities allocated to the post;
Experienced in working for a major International Oil Company or an International Oil Company service contractor;
Experienced in a senior role.
Advantageous Qualifications / Experience:
More than 2 years’ experience directly related to the specified job accountabilities;
1 or more years in a senior supervisory position;
Competent with all aspects of the Company HSE process and office safety procedure;
Knowledge of Human Resources / Labour code requirements / personnel management;
Required Competences:
Ability in coordination diverse activities and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
Ability to work in a geographically separated team;
Strong and personally committed QA/QC and HSE awareness, and knowledge of quality and HSE management methods;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multi-national “team environment”;
Computer literate in Microsoft Office outlook, excel, word and associated applications;
Good planning and organizational skills.
