Job Accountabilities:
To provide a full planning, work management, analysis and guidance to all offshore operations
Plan, assess and liaise with maintenance, operations and service department to ensure availability of resources i.e. manpower, materials, documentation and other support resources required for corrective and preventive maintenance
Develop maintenance plans and other working documentation for 14 days Look ahead and guide work preparer for 7 days execution plan in accordance with the established MIE procedure during maintenance activities
Review schedule compliance weekly basis both for preventive and corrective works and report.
Enhance and adherence to schedule compliance closely working with work performers
To ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems.
Monitoring the Outstanding Work Requests, Work orders and Due /Overdue Inspection items in System Backlog.
Analyse technical documentation for maintenance activities
Be pro-active in all matters relating to planning and risk analysis.
Review existing maintenance routines delivered by Vendors and check if they are in agreement with ROK Regulations and SIL requirements
Utilize the CMMS procedures and report field feedbacks
Ensure that all interface issues are recorded, agreed and reviewed on a weekly basis
Ensure that all short term critical tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis.
Develop and maintain the internal and external department reports
Maintenance preparations for major plant turnarounds to include scopes of work, spares, resources, tools, etc.
Planning and scheduling of major rotating equipment overhauls and preparations to include scopes of work, spares, resources, tools, etc.
Assist with the continuous improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and spare parts holdings
Track, report, and manage maintenance key performance indicators
Keep up to date status of spare parts used, needed and forecast.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Level II:
Must have an Engineering degree related to use within the oil & gas industry
Minimum 3 years industry experience
Good experience in maintenance planning systems, preferably within SAP Blueprint.
Experience in use of current planning and scheduling methods and tools, eg Primavera
Have an understanding of Asset Maintenance & Integrity standards and practices, eg as Operations Maintenance professional with EP and/or Refinery/LNG plant experience.
Have a understanding of Project Engineering planning & execution methods
Knowledge of engineering specifications, equipment functions/operating modes and rules of company’s equipment operation.
Preferably have knowledge of standards i.e. API, NACE, ASME etc and working in H2S hazardous areas
Exposure to compilation procedure of equipment passports, punch lists, specifications and other technical documentation.
Medical Certificate of Fitness;
Valid BOSIET Certificate (Basic Offshore Safety Induction& Emergency Training) or equivalent;
Previous experience in Caspian Area would be beneficial.
