Requirements:

BSc in Engineering or related discipline.
The incumbent must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HSE role within an E&P industry.
Required Competences:
The job holder must have proven:
Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
Competence in the preparation of reports to a high standard
Working knowledge of data bases and related systems
Ability to accurately manage complex data sets
Ability to work in a team environment
Computer literate on Microsoft Office programs: Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel
English language skills.
Kazakh language skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare internal and external reports for the Venture and/or Directorates, Departments.
Collect data from all Venture activities and its Contractors.
Perform quality check of all collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the maintenance and development of the HSE reporting database.
Provide training for all users in the HSE Reporting application.
Maintain and update Safety & Health intranet portal, information display and communication.
Advise on Leading and lagging indicators, KPI’s for the Venture and its contractors (where applicable), and support their implementation.
Assist to the HSSE Data & Reporting Team Lead in the development and maintenance of the tools for collecting HSE data and conducting trend analysis with respect to the HSE Performance;
Conduct trend analysis at Venture and departmental level in order to propose improvement actions with respect to the HSE Performance;
Support on quality check of Incident investigation reports and corrective actions.
Support the HSSE Data & Reporting Team Lead in data management and reporting activities.
Advise on Leading and lagging indicators, KPI’s for the Venture and its contractors (where applicable), and support their implementation.
Carry out site visits to enhance HSE reporting quality and accuracy and, where appropriate, participate in HSE audits on Company, Project and Operations.

Level II:
Under supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibilities.
Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required.
