Requirements:

·         Engineering degree or similar certification preferred.

·         Minimum 6-8years’ Projects and/or Operations experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

·         Track record in a coordination or leadership role in an Oil and gas operation.

·         Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding projects delivery and requirements.

·         Computer literate.

·         Fluent written and spoken English.

Required Competences:

·         Strong coordination skills able to participate in meetings.

·         Self-starter who is able to effectively push things and able to process information and ask questions to ensure Operations needs are considered and PCN teams are thinking about shutdown/slowdown requirements (and execution plans to hit existing windows) early in the process.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Able to work within the dynamics of a multi-functional, multi-cultural, and multi locational work environment.

·         Able to lead without direct authority to get results.

·         Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.

·         Capacity to integrate within an international and national workforce.

·         Ability to lead and coach international and national staff.

·         Problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop an interface plan (meeting attendance, document sign-offs, etc.) jointly with PCN teams to ensure proper engagement and alignment throughout project cycles.

·         Work within POD (primarily HOPI) to ensure resourcing or participate themselves in (not an exhaustive list) and provide Operational input to support project:

-       HAZOPS.

-       QRAs.

-       Technical reviews.

-       Execution integration reviews with ongoing Operations.

·         Ensure all newly created or changed processes/procedures resulting for PCNs are adequate for continued safe/reliable operations.

·         Coordinate where required commissioning support from Operations/Maintenance disciplines.

·         Ensure any PCN scopes that require a shutdown/slowdown are identified as early as possible and incorporated into the best TAR/ Slowdown windows.  Work with IAP, project team, and Operations Interface Supervisors to continually test optimal approach/timing.

·         Develop, when needed, IAP inputs and optimizations with other Operational items ensuring HOPI is aligned on submittal.

·         Accountable for developing or ensuring quality of products received from others related to production critical deliverables. Work in concert with HOPI to ensure these are completed at the correct project phases (Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execute, Operate, and Decommission).  The deliverables (not an exhaustive list), as needed depending on project scope) that need to be accounted for are listed below:

-       Two year Operating Spares are ordered in time to be available before or soon after start-up.

-       Appropriate personnel are properly trained/assessed on new equipment, procedures, etc.

-       Documentation (P&IDs, ISOs, etc.) in place.

-       Ensure all newly created or changed processes/procedures resulting for PCNs are adequate for continued safe/reliable operations.

-       PM routines set up in SAP before or soon after projects start-up.

-       PSSCs, AICs, completion certificates, etc are planned and correct personnel are involved prior to review/sign-off.

-       Data collection (PI, EC, etc.) delivered by project is adequate for Operational needs.

-       PTM set up properly by technical disciplines.
