Requirements:

·         A degree in Engineering or Equivalent , HND qualifications (higher technical education);

·         6-8 year experience in TA and maintenance with experience as a field coordinator/blockleader  with accountability for delivering various scope of TA work.

·         Has experience with Management of Change process, budgeting, contract and procurement management. The Turnaround Coordinators shall have good understanding of various technical disciplines including of the Technical Authority process and assurance requirement.

·         Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities.

·         Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

·         Experience in use of current planning and scheduling methods and tools, eg Primavera.

·         Experience of managing scope change pressures.

·         Working knowledge of Project Engineering planning & execution methods.

·         Working knowledge of Well Servicing planning & execution methods.

·         Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.

·         Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional and multi-location environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead block team (field maintenance, Contractors, Operations, Project and maintenance engineering discipline Groups) during execution of turnaround.

·         Monitor execution performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Turnaround Planning:

·         Accountability to deliver effective Turnaround within the area to achieve goal zero, uninterrupted start upexecute all scope within schedule and budget.

·         Understand and fine tune the environmental plan, TA facilities and logistics plans. 

·         Coordinates optimization activities including Reviews, Schedule Optimizations, resource levelling etc.

·         Works closely with operations to ensure proper integration of T/A activities.

Turnaround Execution:

·         Manage/direct field activities during Turnaround execution, of large TA workforce expected to be more than500 people per block.

·         Review extra works during TA and if approved execute that scope.

·         Make sure all MoC’s are done according the rules.

·         Manage  TA maintenance, Contractor, Operations, Project and Discipline Engineering.

·         Facilitates archiving of turnaround files and records, financial closeout and Lessons Learned records.

Turnaround KPIs:

·         Measure, monitor and reporting of T/A.  Support benchmarking of T/A performance to promote improvement.

Turnaround budgets:

·         Coordinate the monitoring and control execution budget with control of commitments against these budgets in accordance with the Manual of Authorities. 

Contract and Procurement:

·         Accountable to manage the T/A contracts which are applicable for that block.

Competent Maintenance teams and Maintenance leaders:

·         Drive execution skills in the development of staffs to sustain resources to meet business needs. 

Special challenges for the position:

·   The use of effective interfaces in the organisation.

·   Building effective working relationships with CMMS build team, asset operations, discipline engineers, shutdown coordinators and IAP planners.
