Requirements:

·         Engineering degree or similar certification preferred.

·         Minimum 5years’ Operations experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

·         Experience in Project handover and operations.

·         Computer literate.

·         Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

·         Accountable for developing or ensuring timely delivery, quality, and reviews/sign-off from SMES are received for production critical deliverables at the correct project phases (Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execute, Operate, and decommission).

·         Develop an engagement plan early on with Project team and other relevant groups that ensures communications and information transfer is done at the right level, at the right time and roles and responsibilities are clear.

The deliverables (not an exhaustive list) that need to be accounted for are listed below:

  • Documentation (P&IDs, ISOs, etc.) in place.
  • Relevant procedures are created or updated as needed and in place prior to start-up.
  • PM routines set up in SAP before or soon after projects start-up.
  • Purchase of minimum two year operating spares at appropriate time before project start-up.
  • BOMs and min max are properly set up for all spares.
  • Two year Operating Spares are ordered in time to be available before or soon after start-up.
  • Appropriate personnel are properly trained/assessed on new equipment, procedures, etc.
  • All projects (or tie-ins) needing to be executed during TAR/Slowdowns are identified early and in are incorporated into TAR schedule.
  • PSSCs, AICs, completion certificates, etc are planned and correct personnel are involved prior to review/sign-off.
  • Data collection (PI, EC, etc.) delivered by project is adequate for Operational needs.
  • PTM set up properly by technical disciplines.
  • Tracking of lessons learned and early engagement with Project teams to ensure learnings are incorporated into Project plans/designs.
  • Tracking of open punch list items and periodical report out of status.
  • Develop and administer training plan to ensure Operations/Maintenance personnel have proper competencies before operating new equipment or processes.
