Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry and a minimum practical 6-12 months experience asTechnician III
Proven knowledge and basic skills in general plant maintenance
Good knowledge and understanding of international construction codes and standards, Workplace Risk AnalysisProcedure and Permit to Work procedure, local rules and regulations;
Good knowledge of PTW information systems and ability to establish and maintain them;
Good abilities to read, write, understand and explain documentation, share information with others,
Understanding of relevant operational and emergency response procedures, since they may be required as an aspectof Permits to work;
Understanding of key elements of RoK Labour and HSE legislation;
Report Company and Contractor none compliances immediately to prevent accidents;
Computer skills, including good knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
Ability to work as a team member and to solve problems within the PTW team sphere of influence.
English language is not requested, but is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the AA & IA in the execution of their PTW duties when requested before presented to PTW Supervisor (This shall NOT include signing Permits/Certificates);
Being the focal point for administration of all permits issued in their relative areas, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete;
Providing a quality check on the completion of permits and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained and informing the IA & AA of any potential conflicts;
Recording any lessons learned during the operation of the PTW System in the Lessons Learned Register;
Take a supporting role in ensuring the SIMOPs for onshore is not compromised by the issue of conflicting permits;
Responsible for monitoring the state of readiness on emergency preparedness
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of a positive HSE performance within all areas of facility in according of PTW Supervisor instructions.
Technician II
Perform routine tasks without supervision.
Perform non-routine tasks with instruction / supervision.
Verify that all maintenance work is performed according to procedures and instructions.
