Qualification Requirements:

·         Minimum 0-2 years contracts and procurement job family experience or related  within Oil and gas projects;

·         Higher education qualification in Business Administration, Finance;

·         Previous experience in working in the oil and gas industry;

Required Competences:

·         Familiarity with contracts and procurement methodology, terminology and equipment

·         Performance orientation with close attention to detail

·         Good internal auditing/monitoring skills

·         Computer literate with good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

·         Negotiating and influencing skill

·         Ability to produce concise and accurate reports

·         Ability to organize and prioritize

·         Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian/Kazakh languages would be an advantage.
