Recruitment Specialist 

Recruitment Specialist Altynbek joined the Kaz Project Operating team in 2024. Altynbek participates in the process of selecting suitable specialists in this field who benefit the company's clients. He also conducts salary market research, selection and preliminary interviews with candidates; organizes the placement of job advertisements and helps candidates prepare for an interview with an employer.

Prior to joining our company, Altynbek worked as a Manager in banking institutions, was engaged in consulting on the company's services, evaluating and verifying the solvency of clients, implementing a sales plan, planning and implementing actions to establish long-term cooperation with the client.

Qualifications, Membership in Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages: 

Bachelor's degree, West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, Accounting and Auditing.

Altynbek is fluent in Russian and Kazakh, and also has basic knowledge of English.
