Roman joined Kaz Project Operating team in March 2020 to coordinate Clients and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of Company projects in Kazakhstan.

He is involved in Clients liaising, internal communications, monitoring of Company staff performance indicators, searching and negotiating new clients, as well as Company day-to-day activities.

Prior to KPOL, Roman was working for Tengizchevroil LLP as Lead Contract Advisor and was involved in preparation of Tender documents, communicating to contractors, assessing Tender proposals.

In the middle of his career Roman was working for engineering company Petrofac International in the Middle East region as Contract Advisor.

Roman is fluent in English and Russian.
