Qualification Requirements:
University degree or diploma in Business Management/Project Management/Contract Management or related field;
8-10 plus years of senior level experience in Contracting & Procurement for major Oil & Gas projects with good commercial skills;
Experience with high value (above $100 million) contracts and contracts of strategic importance;
Significant experience in both pre-award and post-award contract management;
Experienced in commercial negotiations, contractor management, claim settlement and major contract administration;
Experienced in working in a frontier multi-cultural environment taking into account needs of stakeholder and local market conditions.

Required Competences:
Skill level in contract management, C&P terminologies, processes and its application;
Good technical understanding of major projects, both onshore and offshore through past direct experience, together with commercial skills;
Excellent working knowledge of SAP system;
Skills in various software tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access);
 Ability to produce written reports to a high standard;
Ability to identify potential bottlenecks / mitigation measures and prepare concise analysis for Senior Management;
Professional competencies – mentoring & coaching, Negotiation skills, influencing skills, verbal and written communication in English, presentation skills and team leadership;
Ability to think strategically and utilize acquired experience and knowledge in contract management, administration and close out to develop optimized solutions;
Ability to efficiently and effectively organize the work flows and interfaces to meet the business objectives;
Demonstrated capability to proactively develop plans and follow through with sustained execution, meeting target/project requirements;
Capable of dealing with all levels of Management within the Venture, Authorities and Contractor Organizations;
Proven decision making ability;
Team player, able to network with other disciplines and outside organizations;
Internal and external sensitivity.
