Qualification & Experience Requirements:

The job holder must have University Degree, preferable in Marine Field
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marine support to Logistics Operations and Marine Supply Chain
Minimum of 3-4 years working on marine vessels in supervisory role
Experience of working in an Oil & Gas Industry is preferable
Experience in shallow seas and in cold climates and in working with teams from different oil companies would be an advantage.

Required Competences:
Good Knowledge of Marine vessels and barges acronyms, codes, regulations
Knowledge of mooring techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of working in cold environment with Ice breaking vessels would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Oil Spill equipment and deployment techniques.
Good English & Russian written and verbal communication skills, preferably with a good command of the English language. Kazakh language is advantageous.
ISM Code certification is advantageous.
ISPS Code certification is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet and cope with deadlines.
Ability to work as a team leader (share knowledge with junior staff, on-job coaching and mentoring).
Conversant with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
