Responsibilities:

 Petroleum operations:
 Overseeing all PS related activities within the organization.
 Compliance with the PSA, JOA, ANP Manual, Affiliate Sales Reference Pricing procedure, Accounting Policies and Tax code.
 Overseeing the steadiness of Energy Components Sales & Revenue (EC S&R) for the PS activities.
 Successful Implementation and overseeing of Average Netback Price Process for all Categories of Petroleum and By-Products.
 Successful Implementation and overseeing of Affiliates Sales Price Reference Processes for all Categories of Petroleum and By-Products.
 Supervision of staff in support of Average Netback Price data collection and calculation by 3rd Party.
 Supervision of team in performance of Production Sharing (PS) activities as performed in EC.
 Supervision of consolidated reporting related to Production Volumes/Values to Contracting Companies and PSA Authority.
 Execution of analysis and review of Production Volumes, Entitlement calculations and Interaction with POD/ Transportation Planning & Offtake Team related to Offtake and make-up adjustments.
 Supervision of the team in execution of Priority Payment calculation, cash call from Contracting Companies and quarterly payment.
 Supervision of Company staff/review allocation of Profit Oil between Contracting Companies and Authority, including review of PSA Profit Oil Factors.
 Overseeing the external/internal changes impacting PS calculations.
