Requirements:

The job holder must have: Degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline, minimum HND (equivalent experience will be considered).

A minimum of 6-8 Years discipline experience in material management , preferably in complex Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.

Experience in Former Soviet Union and/or Caspian Area would be preferred. Previous experience of procurement activities is desirable. Knowledge and experience of Construction, Production Operations, Oil and Gas processing, Utilities and related systems.

Good knowledge and understanding of projects planning and executing.

Proactive approach to decisional process (in the pertinent discipline). Full understanding of importance in planning and executing projects.

Understanding of RoK & CIS Regulations an additional advantage.

Expert on common software to prepare and manage data bases like Microsoft Excel and Access; Expert on common software to prepare project status presentations like Microsoft PowerPoint.
