Requirements:

·         Higher Degree / Diploma qualification in Technical Discipline.

·         Professional with minimum 6 years of Operations/Maintenance experience in international Oil & Gas Operations.

·         Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to Maintenance, HSE and relevant technical disciplines.

·         Personal knowledge of best operational practices and a track record in applying these.

·         Proven ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.

·         Proven ability to implement complex strategies.

·         Strong influencing skills and the ability to forge relationships.

·         Experience in leading and implementing change.

·         Proven track-record in developing people.

Required Competences:

·         Engage and work effectively across all departments in Operations and Maintenance, influence main interface teams through direct contact and effectively communicate across a wide range of cultures.

·         Establish effective and pragmatic ways of working with (newly) established Company departments, both business line and functional.

·         Skilled in Oil and Gas processing plant operations.

·         Skilled in interface management with various departments, i.e. Operations, Maintenance and (Production) Project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

·         Act as Safety Leader to ensure planning and execution is done to minimize personnel and process safety risk.

·         Produce an optimized duration TOST and BIST plan for area incorporating Mechanical phase activities to ensure critical path work fronts are made available as soon as possible.

·         Prepare a detailed scope overview on P&ID’s and area layout for area.

·         Lead effort to develop quality ICC’s for the turnaround ensuring boundary isolation plans are fully optimized.

·         Lead effort to prepare all TOST/BIST deliverables (including permits, ICCs, etc.) for assigned area in line with the Turnaround road map.

·         Identify and document all tie-in points in area for TOST/BIST including identification of temporary equipment tie in points for N2 spreads, temporary power supplies etc.

·         Work with JIM team and contractor to prepare flange break register (including tubing & fittings) for area, leak test and purge packs.

·         Participate in monthly (and as TA approaches more frequent) engagement meetings with onshore teams to ensure all operations/maintenanceactions are logged and followed up.

·         Regular engagements in the form of standing meeting with offshore equivalent(s) to ensure lessons learned, best practices, consistency of approach and integration across the two facilities is regularly communicated and implemented.

·         Assist in preparation ofOperations organizational structure for the turnaround, which includes the turnaround team.

·         Participate in development of a best in class HSE plan and Supervision for the turnaround and communicating plan and ensuring compliance in area assigned.

·         Engage withthe Operations Interface team to develop optimal SoF plan/structure for area well before start of the TA and preparePSSCs and SoF to confirm readiness of area for safe restart after TA campaign.

·         Ensure mobilization of TOST/BIST equipment and resources in time to properly stage/test prior to execution.

·         Provide daily progress input to TA Operations Superintendent during TOST/BIST TA phases.

·         Provide input to TA Operations Superintendent on the ramp down/up plan including all activities within area that might impact the schedule/rates.

·         Implement TOST/BIST lessons learned from previous TAs and also compile lessons learned for TAs participated in.

·         Train, coach and develop Kazakh national staff.
