Requirements:
·         Appropriate  education from a certified Technical College or University or other appropriate life skills to offset education requirements

·         Minimum 3 years of Operations experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

·         Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to HSE, Operating Integrity, Maintenance and relevant technical disciplines.

·         Personal knowledge of best operational practices.

·         Skilled in Oil and Gas processing plant operations and utility support.

·         Skilled in production and maintenance data analysis

·         Skilled in interface management with various departments, i.e. Production Operations, Maintenance and (Production) Project deliverables.

·         Skilled in Change Management.

Implementation of new SPO tools as they are rolled out and continuous education around the SPO tools and SPO Work Process.

-       Demonstrated ability to comfortably work with all levels of the organization toward common objectives

-       Solid understanding of operational processes throughout the plant is desirable

-       Demonstrated ability to influence others not under their direct control in coordinating cross-departmental activities

-       Help lead the Site in delivering results through a “work process centric” work environment. 

-       Working with Production personnel to bring up a consistent level of understanding in SPO.  Developing Technician and Staff knowledge & skills consistent with the SPO work process.

Responsibilities:

·         Master data administrator for shift-vision, UTL, PTM and IntelaTrac  (Configuration, set-up, testing, and maintenance of the systems)

·         Set up profiles and keep them current for employees in all systems

·         Support Operating departments in periodic reviews of information in shift-vision, UTL, and IntelaTrac

·         Primary contact for IntelaTrac updates/changes to RCM/HEMP-SCE/Ops driven operator surveillance tasks

·         Primary contact for changes to the Master Alarm Database (in ACM) and resolves ACM to DCS discrepancies

·         Perform regular health checks of the data quality and make changes in IntelaTrac

·         A training resource for the plant, on how to request changes for IntelaTrac, how to write notifications in IntelaTrac

·         Accountable for the prompt and accurate delivery of metrics for reports used to enable the organization to analyze performance. (SPO metrics)

·         Routinely carry out initial analysis of the IntelaTrac exceptions used to help identify improvement opportunities.

·         Back-up for MOC Tech Assurance for SPO work process

·         Ensure Master Alarm Database and IntelaTrac are updated for all MOCs, Projects, and Risk studies completion (PHA, HEMP, RCM, SIFPro, IOW/DOW, CCD review, etc.)

·         Participate in Health Checks and Process Safety Observations while providing input to SPO PER (Process Effectiveness Reviews)

·         Help with Initial Set Up Facilitation

·         Acts as application Administrator of IntelaTrac with authority to alter \ revise global settings including security settings. 

·         Focal point for adding new and/or modifying existing activities in IntelaTrac. 

·         Focal point for HHPC (Hand Held Personal Computers) hardware and software support including tracking and resolution of Help Desk notifications along with HHPC repairs.

·         Focal point for transitioning activities (Reliability Centered Maintenance and HSE Critical activities) to Inteletrac.

·         Coordinates efforts with operations during round development to ensure thoroughness and consistency.

·         Participates in internal Audit Process and reporting of findings.
