Requirements:

University degree in technical area relevant to the role.
Experience related to the human behavior or official qualifications (Occupational Psychologist; Anthropologist, or similar) sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
Professional with at least 6-8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including considerable exposure to operations (on and offshore);
Minimum 3 years in development and implementation of BBS program in Russian speaking countries;
Knowledge of RoK HSSE legislation beneficial.
Required Competences:
Self-starter, working on own initiative, energetic;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Strong organizational/transition/coaching skills as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills with external stakeholder engagement experience;
A good understanding of the business, capable of dealing with senior staff;
Must be able to use sound HSSE management principles and experience to approach complex problems and produce practical and effective solutions; the incumbent must be flexible and adaptable with a delivery mentality;
Courage to intervene and possess a strong personal commitment and focus to ‘best-in-class’ HSSE performance;
The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment typically consisting of people of disparate levels and disciplines;
Good presentation skills
Good report writing and computing skills .Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Fluent in English, Kazakh and Russian languages;
Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the Company BBS process development and implementation
Ensure that the Company BBS process is kept current
Control BBS process documentation and records
Ensure personnel are adequately trained to carry out the BBS process
Develop and implement the Continual Improvement Plan
Mentor performance reporting and trend analysis
Ensure adequate resources for BBS training
Conduct the evaluation to ensure the existing BBS process adopted meets Comapny BBS requirements
Communicate the objective of the BBS process to upper management and managers/supervisors in order to get their support and commitment
Set up, facilitate and participate in the Steering Committee
Ensure that departmental/line managers receive regular updates on the BBS implementation/findings related to their work group/department
Assist the BBS Process Sponsor in providing regular updates to upper management
Manage the working relationship with the BBS vendor, if applicable
Be seen as a role model for conducting observations and being observed
Ensure planning and coordination of BBS activities within the Company, in liaison with relevant Directorates;
Execute and coordinate the implementation of the recommended BBS improvements;
Manage support from Partners and/or specialist contractor
Manage relationships and expectations of the stakeholders.
