Requirements:

The job holder must have a higher education Diploma in Engineering or Health and Safety Management.
The job holder must have –minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, onshore and offshore in logistics and/ or Safety functions.
Proven experience in delivering a world class safety performance on a major project and at multiple locations involving a large land transportation fleet and multiple contractors.
Proven experience as a Leader of community, demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
Proven experience in implementing internationally recognized best practices, e.g. IOGP. Lad transportation guidance, creating the local capacity and capability in High Road Safety Risk countries.
Proven ability to work across departmental boundaries and support an integrated approach in supporting several customers.
The job holder must have proven:
Skill level on Logistics HSSE Management and capability to establish, assure and maintain.
Skill level on implementing the IOGP Land, Air and Rail Transportation, Lifting and Hoisting guidance in a High Risk environment.
Skill level on translating standards and requirements into sucking company procedures and instructions and safe work practices in the field assurance.
Skill level of developing others through coaching, mentoring and sharing information.
Commendable soft skills, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to create friendly working environment.
Fluent English. Russian or Kazakh language skills would be an advantage.
Conversant with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Safety Logistics Leadership Strategy and Plan.
Develop and steer the implementation of HSSE strategies and annual HSSE Plans for the Logistics Department across all locations and scopes by engaging the Logistics Leadership Team and key Logistics customers with the aim of achieving Company’s Safety goals and objectives.
Provide HSSE support to Logistics Contract Holders in the Logistics Contractors HSSE Performance management in pre-award as well as post award stages.
Provide HSSE Onboarding to contractors; support Logistics Dept in engaging with the contractors on HSSE topics on forums, BPRs and ad hoc.
Organise and manage the Logistics safety & Corporate Services department to ensure safety and other Logistics & Corporate Services departmental Safety responsibilities are adequately resourced to manage the associated HSSE Risks.
Identify, Develop and prioritize implementation of department’s Annual HSSE Management Review.
Coach Logistics

HSE Interface Management
Collaborate with other relevant HSSE departments for the implementation of HSSE processes including HSE performance reporting and HSE related permits matters, seeking SME input, e.g. on Health, Environment and Security matters.
Support application of relevant Corporate programs and processes at department level, and closely work with HSSE specialists across the organization to realize maximum synergy.
Close liaison and maintain working relationship with other Management teams across company organization where Logistics Team has an interface, e.g. POD, NDD, Drilling, and TD and support the HSSE aspects of interface management.
Management Responsibilities:
Member of the Logistics Management Team
Responsible for the management of all Logistics safety & Corporate Services issues
Responsible to set the Logistics Safety Team for success for the future Growth and coach and develop a local national as his replacement during his/her tenure.
Provide overall HSSE support to Logistics and Base Operations & Corporate Services Directorate HSE scope
Develop and coordinate implementation of Logistics & Corporate Services HSSE Plan
Responsible to support and assure the operationalization of the Logistics HSSE Cases.
Responsible for closing the loop and maintaining the HSSE Competence assurance of CH and HSSE critical tasks (as per the Logistics HSSE Case)
Establish and monitor the HSSE Performance, lagging & leading Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and support the key contractors BPRs and Logistics management Reviews for Logistics & Corporate Services Contracts
Responsible for keeping evergreen the Hazard & Effects Management Process (HEMP) for Logistics & Corporate Services
Ensuring compliance with the company Incident Investigation & Reporting (II&R) for all Logistics & Corporate Services
Contract Holder for Company PPE supply.
