Qualification & Experience  Requirements:

The job holder must have :

·         Master’s Degree in Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science

·         at least 10-15 years of experience in general management and IT management in complex multicultural environment;

·         The job holder must have proven experience in organizational change management in complex organizations

Required Competences:

The job holder must have proven:

·         Communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities;

·         Proven strong leadership

·         A completer/finisher delivering against targets and deadlines

·         Strong team player

·         Experience of managing scope change pressures

·         Good fluency in spoken and written English

·         Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports

·         Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi functional and multi location environment

·         Team and self motivation skills;

·         Have an extensive understanding and compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks;
