Job Accountabities:

Work with company DCS and Data Transmission groups to document/define the functional requirements of PCN applications (alarm metric monitoring, advanced control procedural management, etc.). Support in development and maintaining of PCN Security related procedures, guidelines and awareness campaigns.
Work on PCN networks with Maintenance Department units and contractors personnel maintaining PCN system equipment, Fire and Gas detection and Fire-fighting systems interfaced with PCN Emergency Shutdown system and keep equipment in fully operable condition in accordance with controlling documents of RoK in the sphere industrial, ecological safety regulations, Safety Rules for Operation of Customers' Electrical Installations, Rules for the Design and Operation of Electrical Installations.
Develop and maintain PCN preventive maintenance schedule and keep Anti Cyber Attack equipment in fully serviceable and updated condition in accordance with Global Standards Parent company recommendations and RoK and HSE and industrial safety requirements.
Develop and carry out periodical anti intrusion regimes to align with global best practices and latest cyber threats on ESD, DCS, PCN system and interfaces. Conclude and compile reports and test protocols.
Control and measure effectiveness of routine and planned preventive PCN security works during operation of process control systems. Assist and lead in diagnoses and elimination of failures of PCN security system as per work orders.
Develop and implement disaster recovery measures for PCN systems, carry out periodical checks and testing of PCN disaster recovery plan.
Support to Senior PCN Engineer in long term and current obsolescence planning related to PCN and Safety systems and automation of production processes and their interfaces. Prepare schedule and budget to remove any threat to the PCN caused by obsolescence issues.
Prepare specification requirements for PCN obsolescence upgrades and Safety systems and feasibility study of the developed designs; Phase upgrade and budget to align with Business plan.
Lead in the review of draft and preliminary designs, working drawings designed for PCN as per company’s request, manage and control the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance supervision. Review and update technical documentation related to PCN & Safety systems for new and existing facilities, ensuring advanced Control & Safety system and instrumentation is utilised.
Give instructions, manage and assist other employees in new PCN and Safety systems installations and design familiarization, advise DCS staff for technical knowledge development in the sphere of PCN.
Investigate, review, recommend and collect data for awarding of contracts with specialized organizations for the provision of PCN security development, as well as for manufacturing and removal of obsolescence within PCN & Safety systems domains, compile and co-approve work schedules, provide required engineering data.
Participate in technical meetings reviewing action log and ensuring planning of all counter risk Cyber Security measures and implementation of actions by DCS staff are completed and recorded, efficient work performance techniques and methods, propagate new achievements related to PCN Systems review and implement as required.
Track register and review PCN access requests ensuring timely removal of non conforming applications.

Keep records in working papers and passports for equipment he is responsible for.
Report on performed activities. Perform other tasks given by Instrument Superintendent within the competence of this job position.

Qualification and experience:

Excellent General knowledge of principles of Operations Technology (OT), PCN architecture and Cyber security systems.

Detailed knowledge of control & instrumentation, industrial equipment, process technology

PCN Software.

Principles of Industrial measurements.

Projects feed; design and specification.

Calibration methods for general types of instrumentation – is preferable.

Design and specification of control systems, PLC, telemechanic,

Full understanding and working practical knowledge of Obsolescence and functional life cycle regimes of all PCN related systems and sub systems.

LAN Structure of automatic control system.

HSE rules and procedures.

Code of Conduct and Internal Labour Regulations.

ICSS & Instrumentation maintenance manuals and instructions.

ICSS & Instrumentation passports and manufacturer recommendations;

Work packs and executive documentation of sites.

Required Competences:

Communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills.

Computer literate; Office package; CAD

Planning and scheduling of project deliverables.
